SLAPZ ("we," "us," "our") is an indoor cannabis brand based in Michigan. This policy covers slapz-mi.com and any subdomains we operate.

We collect three kinds of information:
- Email address: when you sign up for the drop list or wholesale intake.
- Wholesale intake details: business name, license number, contact name, phone, city, message. Only when you submit a wholesale form.
- Usage data: anonymized page views, country, browser type via privacy-respecting analytics. No cookies, no fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking.

- We don’t collect payment information on this site.
- We don’t collect medical or cannabis use details.
- We don’t fingerprint your device or track you across other websites.
- We don’t set advertising cookies.
// 04 · How we use it
- Email list: to tell you when drops ship and when beanz are available. Nothing else.
- Wholesale intake: to respond to your inquiry and verify Michigan dispensary licenses before sending samples.
- Usage data: to understand which pages people read and improve them.
// 05 · Where it lives
Email and wholesale submissions are stored in Cloudflare KV (a key-value database operated by Cloudflare). We do not export this data to third-party advertising platforms.
Analytics data is processed by Plausible Analytics, an EU-based privacy-first analytics tool. No personal information is sent to them.
// 06 · Email senders
When we start broadcasting to the email list, we’ll use an email service provider. We will update this policy at that time and notify subscribers.
// 07 · Your rights
You can:
- Unsubscribe from any email by replying or clicking the unsubscribe link.
- Request a copy of everything we hold about you by emailing privacy@slapz-mi.com.
- Request deletion of everything we hold about you, same address. We’ll do it within 30 days.
// 08 · Age
SLAPZ is for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, email privacy@slapz-mi.com and we’ll delete it.
// 09 · State laws
California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states grant residents specific privacy rights. We honor those rights for all visitors, regardless of state. Same address: privacy@slapz-mi.com.
// 10 · Updates to this policy
We’ll update the "updated" date at the top of this page whenever this changes. Material changes will be flagged to active email subscribers.
